for as long as i've known him, paul has been going to vegfests all over the northeastern us to help a friends sell apparel. for one reason or another i've never been able to make it to one until this weekend.

soft serve has always been a favorite of mine. i haven't had any in the 2 years that i've been vegan and i crave it constantly! when i saw like no udder ice cream truck pull into the venue i jumped with excitement. i started stalking the area 30 minutes before the official open to be sure i was there when they were ready to start serving. i got the very first cone of the day! |

| luckily, vegan treats was ready to serve about 20 minutes before the official open, so i was able to beat the line and get the coveted chicken and waffle donut (!!!) as well as a blueberry donut to take home. |

| i didn't beat the line for belmont and they sold out of most of their food. i thought my chances of getting mac and cheese were lost but they managed to acquire more food :) |
